  • Resume Data: The content of resumes you upload or create, specifically for the purpose of formatting and adapting them.
  • Job Application Data: Details about properites you apply to (job descriptions, company names, etc.) to help tailor your applications.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is yours. We use it strictly to deliver the functionality of AdapResume:

  • To generate tailored resumes and cover letters using LLM providers (processed securely and ephemerally where possible).
  • To organize your job search dashboard.
  • To improve user experience within the application context.

Crucially: We do not share your personal identifier information with third-party advertisers.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Note on AI Processing: When we send data to these providers for processing (e.g., to rewrite a bullet point), it is done under strict enterprise agreements where available, effectively instructing them not to use your specific inputs for model training.

  • Delete: Request full deletion of your account and all associated data. We honor these requests promptly.
