By accessing and using AdapResume (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service to particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

AdapResume provides AI-powered tools for job seekers, including resume adaptation, cover letter generation, and job application tracking. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Responsibilities

You obtain rights to use the Service but not ownership of the Service itself. You agree strictly to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt the Service functionality beyond its intended use.

4. Payment and Subscription

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our FAQ.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AdapResume, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
